Speed Solutions® owns and operates this website and all references to "I", "we", "us" or "this site" / "website" shall be construed to mean Speed Solutions®. Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services we offer, including those accessed by mobile devices and application programming interface (API).

Types of Information We Collect

"Personal Information" includes any information regarding a person that may be used directly to identify the person. Personal information we collect may vary with each separate purpose for which you provide it and it may include one or more of the following categories: name, an email address, phone number, credit card information including credit card number, expiration date, billing address and location data.

We may also collect publicly available Personal information posted on social media platforms and profiles. When you engage with our content through our social media platforms or other third party platforms or applications, you may allow us to have access to certain Personal information in your profile that you have added to these platforms. This may include your name, email address, photo, gender, birthday, or location.

How & When We Collect Information

We collect Personal information at the time you provide it to us. We collect Personal information through initial client booking requests/contact forms or services from this website. Personal information that we collect may vary with each sign-up or registration. In addition, we collect Personal information from all communications with site visitors, including text messages and phone calls. We collect Personal information that we receive from you when you communicate with us. If you complete a review for our services, we will receive your information via the online form. We collect usage data as you use this site, including your interactions with emails we send, via social media platforms and third party applications. 

How We Use Your Information

We may send you messages related to certain features or your activity on this site. We may also send you news or updates about changes to our site or services. You may receive these updates by email. We are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection, in line with GDPR regulations.

SOCIAL MEDIA

If clients avail of our services, they acknowledge and agree that videos and/or images taken of them (their child(ren) if under 18) during the session(s) may be posted, shared and remain on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and/or this website) for promotional purposes.

Any videos/images captured during our sessions will be for the purposes of demonstrating to a client/group their improvements in speed and other physical capabilities either during a session or after a certain number of sessions. Videos/images collected will also be used for promotional purposes via social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram and/or Tik-Tok. Anything posted on our social media will always portray the client/group in a positive light.

Feedback, Reviews & Comments

Any opinions left on Social Media or this website by our customers are screened and moderated by us. If the comments/reviews infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, insults, out of context commentary etc., we reserve the right to refuse or delete it.

TERMS OF SALE

Please read carefully before purchasing programmes and/or services on this website. The Terms of Sale apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the "Sale". By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the Terms of Sale or Terms of Use, then you may not purchase programmes/services from this site.

Parties

The parties of these Terms of Sale are you and the owner of this website business, Speed Solutions®. All references to "we", "us", "our", "this website" / "site" shall be construed to mean this website business: Speed Solutions®.

Modification

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time and without prior notice, by posting on this page which is always accessible on the Speed Solutions® website's “Terms & Conditions" Tab.

Refunds / Cancellation Policies (Services for One-to-One Coaching, Pairs & Small Groups)

The only instance where a refund will be provided for the purchase of an online programme, is if it cannot be accessed upon purchase. Proof must be provided before the refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued otherwise in relation to online programmes.

Please note that once you have booked a session(s) with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule for you. Please ensure you are available at the agreed date(s)/time(s) before committing to these. If a booked session is cancelled, a refund will only be provided if there is 48 hours notice given to Speed Solutions® via email (dean@speedsolutions.services) or text (07413 676679). If a booked block of sessions (2 or more) is cancelled, a refund will only be provided if there is 48 hours notice given to Speed Solutions® via email or text, prior to the first scheduled session. No refunds will be issued otherwise.

We realise that sometimes life gets in the way of our plans and if you need your session rescheduled, we allow 1 free change of date/time per client, providing 24 hours notice is given. After this, if you have booked a single session and communicate that you wish to reschedule less than 48 hours before it is due to take place, this is too late to reassign to a new client - and you will be required to rebook at the standard rate. Any rescheduled sessions (including due to injury) must be used within 3 months of the initial booking.

Additionally, if you have booked a block of sessions (2 or more) and communicate that you wish to reschedule any of these less than 48 hours before each are due to take place, you will lose that particular session in the block. If you have booked a session/block of sessions (2 or more) for pairs or small groups of 3-4 athletes, please acknowledge that the cost will not change if one (or more) athletes cannot then attend the session(s).

Please note that you should arrive on time to make the most of your session – Another client may start immediately after your session ends so sessions must end according to your time slot.

Refunds / Cancellation Policies (Speed School)

To ensure commitment to the Speed School programme and that spaces are valued - No refunds can be given for any sign-ups and this cannot not be carried over to future terms. This also refers to any sporting fixtures potentially arranged by the school that are out our control. There are limited spaces and if all are taken, this means that others who are interested are unable to sign-up. Please ensure you can commit to the Speed School programme before you complete the registration process for your child.

Payment / Cancellation Policies (Team Coaching)

Booking a session/block of sessions will only be confirmed once your team’s contact completes the “Teams Questionnaire” and full payment via bank transfer – details of both are found in the "What's Needed From Your Team..." email Speed Solutions® sends out following a team’s enquiry. Once both are received, Speed Solutions® will then send you a final confirmation email with the specific agreed date(s) and time(s) for your team.

Due to the high demand for sessions from a range of sports, Speed Solutions® adheres to a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy which includes: 

For Booking One (Stand-Alone) Team Session:

If you/your team cancel your booked session/or wish to reschedule - within 72 hours of its scheduled start time - 50% of the session cost will still be charged for that specific time slot - as it is too late for Speed Solutions® to reassign this slot to a new team. The other 50% will be refunded immediately to you by Speed Solutions®. This includes cancelling/rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions and/or reduced player attendance. 

If you/your team cancel your booked session/or wish to reschedule - within 48 hours of its scheduled start time - 100% of the session cost will be charged for that specific time slot - as it is too late for Speed Solutions® to reassign this slot to a new team. This includes cancelling/rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions/or reduced player attendance.

If your team's independent training venue informs you of its closure of e.g. pitches/courts (outdoor/indoor) etc. due to adverse weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain/ice/snow), which would result in the cancellation of your booked session at the agreed venue - Speed Solutions® may be able to deliver the session at an alternate venue during the agreed time slot, providing enough notice is given, it's in a similar location and the space will safely accommodate the numbers participating in the session. It is your/your team's responsibility to arrange a suitable venue for your team (e.g. indoors) and provide the relevant details to Speed Solutions® at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Speed Solutions® will ensure to let you know ASAP whether the new location will be possible to facilitate the agreed coaching session. If a new training venue isn't possible/suitable and it can't go ahead - 50% of the session cost will still be charged for that specific time slot - as it is too late for Speed Solutions® to reassign this slot to a new team. The other 50% will be refunded immediately to you by Speed Solutions®.

To reschedule a cancelled session to take place in a new time slot - Please note that this will be charged at the full rate that your team was originally quoted. Speed Solutions® cannot guarantee that rescheduling after a cancelled session will take place e.g. the following week - as another team may have already booked that particular slot. 

If Speed Solutions® requires to cancel your team's booked session for unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the session cost will be refunded immediately (if arrangements cannot be made to reschedule). 

For Block Booked Team Sessions:

If you/your team cancel a session in your booked block of sessions - within 72 hours of the specific session's scheduled start time - you won't be charged a cancellation fee however, you will lose that particular session in your booked block of sessions - as it is too late for Speed Solutions® to reassign this time slot to a new team. This includes cancelling due to adverse weather conditions and/or reduced player attendance.

To reschedule a cancelled session to take place in a new time slot - Please note that this will be charged at the full rate of a single session (quote available upon request). Speed Solutions® cannot guarantee that rescheduling after a cancelled session will take place e.g. the following week - as another team may have already booked that particular slot. 

If Speed Solutions® requires to cancel one of your team's booked sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling can be arranged at no charge or 100% of the cost of one session will be refunded immediately (at your discretion).

We hope that you appreciate that if sessions are cancelled/rescheduled within these above time frames, it is too late to reassign to a new Team - which is why these charges apply.

When sessions are arranged, the contact (e.g. Coach) should agree to:

  • Take note of the session(s), date(s) and time(s) to ensure player availability.

  • Ensuring Speed Solutions® can access the venue at least 15 minutes before the session(s) scheduled start time for necessary set-up.

  • Ensuring the session working area is cleared in advance of the session(s).

  • Ensuring players are ready to start the session(s) on time - Speed Solutions® is required to adhere to the agreed session times due to potential sessions arranged shortly after your team's session ends.

  • The payment remaining fixed to what was quoted (regardless of player availability or attendance).​ 

Prices

The prices indicated for services/programmes on this website are shown in UK pound sterling. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any stage but this will be indicated to you prior to the completion of your purchase. 

Final Agreement

By purchasing programmes/services from Speed Solutions®, you agree to all of our Terms & Conditions, which governs your visit to this site. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Speed Solutions® and this site be liable to anyone for any direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind arising out of, or in any way connected with this site or its services, and/or content.

Assumption Of Risk

By participating in any Speed Solutions® sessions, programmes, or services, whether in person or online, you (and your players or team, where applicable) acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk. Speed Solutions® will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions or as a result of participation in any related activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that you (or your team/players) are physically capable and medically cleared for participation.
