We collect personal information through initial client booking requests / contact forms or services from this website. Personal information that we collect may vary with each sign-up or registration. In addition, we collect personal information from all communications with website visitors, including text messages and phone calls. We collect personal information that we receive from you when you communicate with us. If you complete a review for our services, we will receive your information via the online form. We collect usage data as you use this website, including your interactions with emails we send, via social media platforms and third party applications.

We may send you messages related to certain features, enquiries or activity on this website. We may also send updates regarding changes to our services or relevant information related to Speed Solutions®. You may receive these updates by email. SOCIAL MEDIA
By participating in Speed Solutions® services, clients acknowledge that photography and / or video may be captured during sessions for coaching, performance feedback and promotional purposes.
Where participants are under 18, parental / guardian consent will be obtained prior to the promotional use of images or video. Clients may request that promotional media featuring them is not used, where reasonably practicable.
Any videos / images captured during our sessions may be used to demonstrate improvements in speed, movement and physical performance either during a session or following a period of training. Videos / images may also be used for promotional purposes across Speed Solutions® platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and this website. Any content shared by Speed Solutions® will always aim to portray the client / group in a positive and respectful manner.
Feedback, Reviews & Comments
Any opinions, comments or reviews left on social media or this website by customers may be screened and moderated by Speed Solutions®. Where comments or reviews are unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, Speed Solutions® reserves the right to refuse, hide or remove such content.
TERMS OF SALE
Please read carefully before purchasing programmes and / or services on this website. The Terms of Sale apply to all visitors, users and third parties who access or use the "Sale". By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the Terms of Sale or Terms of Use, then you may not purchase programmes / services from this website.
Parties
The parties of these Terms of Sale are you and the owner of this website business, Speed Solutions®. All references to "we", "us", "our", "this website" shall be construed to mean this website business: Speed Solutions®.
Modification
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time and without prior notice, by posting on this page which is always accessible on the Speed Solutions® website's “Terms & Conditions" Tab.
Refunds / Policies (Online Services)
Online Programmes
The only instance where a refund will be provided for the purchase of an online programme is where a technical issue prevents access following purchase and cannot reasonably be resolved. Proof must be provided before the refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
Speed HQ®
Refunds for app-based programmes (including Speed HQ®) will only be provided where a technical issue prevents access following purchase and cannot reasonably be resolved, subject to proof being provided. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
Please note that once you have booked a session(s) with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule for you. Please ensure you are available at the agreed date(s) / time(s) before committing to these.
Refunds / Cancellation Policies (In-Person Coaching – 1–3 Players)
Single sessions – a refund will only be provided if there is 48 hours’ notice given via email (dean@speedsolutions.services) or WhatsApp message (07413 676679).
Blocks of sessions (including pre-season blocks) – once dates are agreed, these are fixed. A refund will only be provided if there is 48 hours’ notice given (via email or WhatsApp) prior to the first scheduled session. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
Rescheduling – we realise life can get in the way and allow 1 free change of date / time per client, providing 24 hours notice is given. This applies whether you book a single session or a block. After this, if you request to reschedule less than 48 hours before the session, it may not be possible to reassign the session to another client at short notice and the session may therefore be forfeited. Any rescheduled sessions must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.
Injury – if an athlete is unable to sprint due to injury, we encourage them to attend their session where possible. Sessions may be adapted where appropriate to include technical work, mobility, video feedback or rehabilitation-focused activities. Where attendance is not possible, the standard rescheduling policy applies.
Pairs / small groups – if one or more athletes cannot attend, the session will still go ahead with the available players and the cost remains unchanged.
Outdoor Conditions & Venue Safety
Outdoor sessions remain subject to safe weather and surface conditions. Speed Solutions® reserves the right to modify, relocate, postpone or cancel sessions where conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable for delivery. Where possible, reasonable notice and alternative arrangements will be communicated.
Venue Facilities
Please note that some coaching venues used by Speed Solutions® may not have accessible toilet facilities available. Where this applies, clients are encouraged to plan accordingly prior to attending their session.
Please note that you should arrive on time to make the most of your session – another client may start immediately after your session ends, so sessions must end according to your time slot.
Refunds / Cancellation Policies (Speed School)
To ensure commitment to the Speed School programme and that spaces are valued - Refunds cannot be provided for any sign-ups and this cannot be carried over to future terms. This also refers to any sporting fixtures potentially arranged by the school that are outside our control. There are limited spaces and if all are taken, this means that others who are interested are unable to sign-up. Please ensure you can commit to the Speed School programme before you complete the registration process for your child.
Payment / Cancellation Policies (Team Coaching)
Booking a session / block of sessions will only be confirmed once your team’s contact completes the “Teams Questionnaire” and full payment via bank transfer – details of both are found in the "What's Needed From Your Team..." email Speed Solutions® sends out following a team’s enquiry. Once both are received, Speed Solutions® will then send you a final confirmation email with the specific agreed date(s) and time(s) for your team.
Due to the high demand for sessions from a range of sports, Speed Solutions® adheres to a strict cancellation / rescheduling policy which includes:
Team Weather & Venue Policy
Where adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain, ice or snow) affect the agreed training venue, Speed Solutions® may be able to deliver the session at an alternative suitable location during the agreed time slot, provided that:
sufficient notice is given
the alternative venue is in a similar location
the venue safely accommodates the number of participants
Speed Solutions® confirms the venue is suitable for delivery
It remains the responsibility of the team / organiser to arrange any alternative venue and provide the relevant details to Speed Solutions® at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
If an alternative venue cannot be secured or approved and the session cannot proceed:
Stand-Alone Team Sessions
72–48 hours’ notice – 50% of the session cost will still apply, with the remaining 50% refunded.
Less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of the session cost will apply.
Block Booked Team Sessions
If a session within a block booking cannot proceed and an alternative venue cannot be arranged:
no additional cancellation fee will apply
however, that particular session within the block will be forfeited
This includes cancellations or rescheduling requests due to:
adverse weather conditions
venue closure
reduced player availability / attendance
Rescheduling Cancelled Sessions
Where a cancelled session is rescheduled into a new time slot, this will be charged at the full rate of a single session (quote available upon request). Speed Solutions® cannot guarantee that a rescheduled session will take place immediately thereafter (e.g. the following week), as alternative dates and times may already be booked by other teams.
If Speed Solutions® Cancels
If Speed Solutions® requires one of your team’s booked sessions to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling can be arranged at no additional charge or 100% of the cost of that session will be refunded immediately (at your discretion).
We appreciate your understanding that where sessions are cancelled or rescheduled within these time-frames, it may be too late to reassign the slot to another team, which is why these policies apply.
Team Contact Responsibilities
When sessions are arranged, the team contact (e.g. coach / organiser) agrees to:
note the agreed session date(s) and time(s) to ensure player availability
ensure Speed Solutions® can access the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for set-up
ensure the session working area is cleared in advance
ensure players are ready to begin on time, as Speed Solutions® may have subsequent sessions scheduled
acknowledge that the agreed payment remains fixed regardless of player attendance or availability
Prices
The prices indicated for services and programmes on this website are shown in UK pound sterling (£). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any stage but this will be indicated to you prior to the completion of your purchase.
Please note: Speed HQ® is housed on the Playbook app platform, where subscription prices are displayed in US dollars ($ USD). The actual charge may vary slightly depending on your bank’s currency conversion and any international transaction fees.
Final Agreement
By purchasing programmes / services from Speed Solutions®, you agree to all of our Terms & Conditions, which governs your visit to this website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Speed Solutions® and this website be liable to anyone for any direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind arising out of, or in any way connected with this website or its services, and / or content.
Health Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical condition, injury, medication, or health concern which may affect the safe participation of themselves and / or their child(ren) in Speed Solutions® coaching, training or related activities.
Where appropriate, clients should seek medical advice or clearance before participating. Speed Solutions® reserves the right to modify, pause or decline participation where safety concerns arise.
Assumption Of Risk
By participating in any Speed Solutions® sessions, programmes, or services, whether in person or online (including Speed HQ®), you (and your players or team, where applicable) acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk. Speed Solutions® will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions or as a result of participation in any related activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that you (or your team / players) are physically capable and medically cleared for participation.
