Are you a motivated athlete ready to enhance your speed and performance? SprintXcel Squad focuses on both acceleration and top-speed development for young athletes aged 12-16. Whether you're a sprinter, jumper, hurdler, middle-distance runner, or thrower - our elite programme is designed to elevate your abilities. Learn how we can help you become a standout competitor:

  • Develop explosive starts and powerful acceleration that is crucial for every athlete, whether you’re launching off the starting blocks, surging towards your hurdle, or sprinting down the runway.

  • Heighten your top speed with specialised upright sprinting drills and progressions designed to optimise your mechanics and your ability to apply a lot of force (fast!). Outperform the competition, whether you’re charging down the track, maintaining your speed between hurdles, or striving for new personal bests in jumping events.

  • Improve your ability to endure speed. This means training your body to not only reach high speeds but also to sustain them, helping you excel in your event and maintain your advantage against competitors as fatigue sets in.

  • Embrace a supportive group atmosphere that nurtures motivation and positivity, where athletes - whether sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers, middle-distance runners, or throwers - encourage one another each week to reach new levels in performance while continuously learning together.

  • Education is at the core of this programme. Athletes will not only learn the purpose behind each drill but also how to progress effectively and gain a deeper understanding of their training. Additionally, we’ll cover injury prevention strategies, including proper warm-up and cool-down protocols, to help support your journey to optimal performance.

  • We believe in the importance of measurable progress. Regular testing will include assessments of your acceleration and top speed, allowing you to track your development and see tangible improvements in your performance. By evaluating your strengths and areas for growth, you’ll gain valuable insights that will guide your training and help you set achievable goals as you strive for excellence.
