Subsequent Sessions will add:
Change of Direction Efficiency: Adapt your limb movements to redirect your path and get where you need to in a game.
Deceleration Work: Master the art of controlled slowing down for better performance.
Agility & Reaction Drills: Enhance your decision making and responsiveness.
Jumping & Landing Stability: Improve stability and reduce injury risk during jumps and landings.

Your progress doesn't end when the session does! After gaining valuable knowledge and the tools to improve during your session(s), you'll have the choice to begin Phase #1 of your speed development, should you want to kick on and improve.
You'll receive a 7-day free trial of our app, “Speed HQ”, and be prescribed a specific 6-week speed programme based on your needs. Featuring demo videos and coaching tips you've experienced first-hand, this easy-to-use resource guides you, helps you stay on track, and continue developing your speed - ensuring you're ready to re-test and see your progress!
