PROGRAMME AIMS
Weeks 1-2: Establish key positions: standing start, opposite arm / leg, push from front foot, body lean, high knee lift.
Weeks 3-4: Maintain "stiff" ankles (toes-up), and establish powerful linear arm drive, and "stabbing" action down & back.
Weeks 5-6: Improve "switching" of the limbs with intent and piston action down & back.
